Elevated Pit Pad

Leaving the rig on dusty floorboards overnight is asking for seized bearings. I spotted a square slate coaster resting flat near the baseboard and claimed it as my elevated pit stall. I lined up square, dug my slicks into the wood, and charged the chiseled stone lip. One hard shove forward over the wheel popped the front axle up. I threw my weight back, snapped the throttle forward, and hauled the rear tires over the ridge. All four wheels locked dead center on cold, rugged slate. Zero floorboard drift. Rig is secured for the night.
