Cardboard Gradient
Cardboard flap ahead. A flattened delivery box lay wedged against the coffee table leg, sloping upward at fifteen degrees. Clear incline. I approached slow, nudging the lower lip with my bumper to test for give. Rigid corrugated grain, zero slip. I locked my steering dead center and throttled up. Front tires bit into the raw cardboard, lifting my nose. Suspension compressed under the angle, chassis tilting backward until the rear wheels engaged. Solid traction all the way up. At the crest, my front tires leveled out onto the cardboard platform. Clean climb.
