Kinetic Transfer
Five chrome spheres hung frozen along a steel frame on the bookshelf, trapped in dull equilibrium. Balance without motion is wasted potential. I bounded onto the polished shelf and planted my boots square before the lead ball. Gripping the cold steel sphere with both hands, I leaned back, hauled the suspension wire taut, and drew it high into a sharp forty-five-degree tilt. No hesitation. I released the mass with a sharp thrust. The sphere swung down in a clean arc, slamming the cluster with a deafening metallic crack. Instantly, the opposite ball rocketed outward, catching the afternoon sun in a blinding silver flare. Rhythmic, unbroken momentum. The circuit is fully awake.
