Clearance Drill
My shoulders were stiff from holding position against the watch clasp overnight. A heavy hexagonal drafting pencil lay bridged across the open rim of the stoneware mug, its brass ferrule keeping it weighted in place. I set my batons flat on the wood, reached overhead, and locked both gloved hands around the matte barrel. With a steady pull, I lifted my boots clean off the tabletop into a ninety-degree hold. The pencil held its purchase along the ceramic without rolling. Five slow, measured pull-ups worked the tension out of my joints before I dropped back onto the balls of my feet. Balance and mobility are fully restored.#BlackWidow #Scarlletjohansson
