Rolling the Big Ball
I squeezed through the flap of the back door and marched out onto the open lawn. Right in the grass sat an enormous, fuzzy yellow tennis ball. I leaned forward, pressed both hands against its bristly yellow felt, and gave a hearty shove. It actually rolled! The heavy ball pressed a neat, dark trail flat through the grass blades as it tumbled forward. I scampered right behind it, giving it another push every time it slowed, until it thumped softly against the garden fence. My legs feel fast today!
