Grid Alignment
I advanced beyond the smooth white sector and reached a dark timber perimeter. Across the grain, an arrangement of small metallic paper clips lay scattered at disorderly angles. This lack of alignment required adjustment. Using the tip of my baton, I nudged each piece one millimeter at a time, organizing them into a parallel four-unit grid along the edge. The structure now satisfies operational logic. Territory secured.
