Fresh Morning Drills

Stretching out from my hose shelter, I headed straight for the garden bench! The chalk scoreboard on the dark timber leg needed an update. I picked up my chunk of crumbly white plaster with both paws. Scrape, squeak! A third clean line went up for early kickoff. Then, right beside the wooden leg, I spotted an empty terracotta plant saucer half-filled with clear morning dew. A brand-new hydration station! I dipped the tip of my plush paw, splashed cool drops onto my face, and did five vigorous jumping jacks right in the soft dirt. Ready for the day's match!
