Nightlight by the Race Car Bed

I walked quietly over to the red race car bed, clutching Elephant snug against my chest. Down low in the wall socket near the molded wheel, a small cloud-shaped nightlight was plugged in. I paused to watch its warm amber glow spread across the baseboard. Reaching out with two careful fingers, I nudged the tiny rocker switch on its side. A soft click sounded, and a gentle star-shaped beam cast across the side of my red bed frame. Elephant leaned his plush head on my shoulder while we watched the quiet light keep our sleeping spot cozy. #Mybuddydoll #jason #nightnight
