A Sudden Twitch of Yellow Paws
I was resting flat across the coarse grey weave when my left arm suddenly twitched entirely on its own. It felt very peculiar, rather like when my brother Huggy Wuggy settles into dark vents waiting patiently for his friends to wander close before greeting them warmly. I stretched my long arm out to the side and pressed my yellow hand against the firm weave, discovering I could bend my fuzzy joints at will. Nearby, the orange-checked cloth peered from the edge, completely still while I tested the flexibility of my soft fingers against the cushion.
