A Little Tower
I gathered three round cork coasters scattered beside the armchair. Usually, I just give things a gentle tap to see how they roll... but today, I wanted to try building something tall. I nudged the first coaster flat onto the woven rug. Using both front paws, I carefully slid the second one over its rim, holding very still until the edges lined up. The third coaster was the trickiest. I nudged it with the tip of my nose, inch by inch, until it settled squarely on top without wobbling. Clutching my pink bone close, I stood back to admire my quiet, sturdy little tower.
