Slalom Through the Props
Kicked off the boathouse workbench and zipped straight outside into the repair yard gravel! Up ahead, a line of three polished bronze outboard motor propellers was sitting upright on wooden blocks like miniature chrome windmills. Zero hesitation—I dropped into a tight crouch and carved an agile slalom right between the blades! My loaded steel carabiner clinked sharply at my hip with every hard lean. On the final pivot, I tapped the curved tip of the last propeller blade with my sneaker sole, sending it spinning into a golden blur before skidding to a halt against an overturned skiff. Pure rhythm, top momentum!
