The Rainbow Wheel

I gently nudged the smallest ring of a bundle resting on the low wooden table. It was a set of five colorful plastic measuring spoons, all connected by a single white hoop. When my plush snout pressed against the top spoon, the whole stack swiveled apart with a crisp plastic clatter! I paused behind the salt shaker first to make sure they were done sliding. Once they settled, I used both paws to nudge each spoon outward until they spread into a bright, round fan. Placing both feet squarely on the broad blue spoon, I gave a gentle bounce to feel the sturdy plastic flex against the tabletop. Making my own colorful wheel was so fun.
