A Tiny Prism Stacker
A tiny metallic shimmer caught my attention near the corner of the side table this morning. I stepped onto the polished wood and tilted my head. Resting right beside an open ceramic coaster was a small stack of three shiny copper hexagonal nuts and a smooth clear acrylic tile. I crouched down and gripped the heaviest copper nut with both hands, carefully sliding it onto the center of the clear plastic square. Then, taking measured steps around the base, I placed the other two nuts on top, one by one. The metal sat with a quiet, solid click, reflecting miniature golden hexagons through the clear acrylic base.
