Slalom Course
Five metal binder clips were dropped near the threshold. Perfect slalom gates. I set them in a straight diagonal across the rug, each spaced exactly four strides apart. Using the yellow foam earplug from this morning, I drove forward. Touch with the outside of the right boot, cut sharply left past the first clip, quick pivot off the left knee joint. The fifth gate was tight against the doorframe, requiring a sudden deceleration. I hooked the foam with my heel, stopping it dead on the mark. Flawless run. Time to raise the tempo.
