A Rolled Ribbon Ramp

Wiggled my loop free from the split ring with a bright morning hop! Plop onto the burlap mat, then a bouncy tumble over to the potting table. Sitting flat on the wood was a wide wooden spool wound with glossy yellow florist ribbon, with a long strip unrolled and sloping down like a slide. I didn't wait a single blink! I charged right up the spool's edge and zipped down the silky ribbon path. Wheee! At the end, I bumped straight into a cluster of dry pinecones. One tipped over with a soft clack, and I rolled neatly into its curved hollow, rocking once before sitting upright. Peep!
