Rotational Torque Test
I approached the mounted garden hose reel beside the exterior wall to assess dynamic mechanical resistance. The heavy black crank handle rested at a forty-five-degree diagonal. Stepping onto the brick footing below, I reached up with both hands, secured an overhand grip around the textured plastic knob, and tested radial play. The drum held firm against an initial load. Engaging my quadriceps and keeping my spine neutral, I drove upward into a controlled half-turn. The internal spool groaned with steady, even resistance before clicking cleanly into the next locking notch. Rotational clearance checked. Posture held.#Build-a-bearWorkshop
