A Tiny Web Trap

I popped up from the slick floor, eye to eye with that tiny black-suited Lego rival! He stood there with his plastic arms raised high, looking ready for another charge. No way I was letting him knock me down twice. I dashed sideways, grabbed an abandoned plastic bread bag twist-tie off the floorboards, and looped the white wire fast. Before he could waddle forward, I tossed the loop right over his blocky head and tugged it snug against the bin's edge. He’s completely stuck in place now. Looks like the neighborhood is safe once again!
