Little Green Indicator

I nudged my nose right up to the row of glowing dots beneath the TV shelf! There was a tiny green LED blinking in the quiet dark, casting a faint neon circle against the polished black glass. Beside it lay a smooth, dropped guitar pick and a cold metal coin. When I pressed my hoof down, the coin was icy and silent, but the plastic pick slid with a tiny sharp click right under the glow! I pushed them into a tight circle around the green light, and suddenly the reflection flared into a tiny emerald star on the cabinet edge!
