A Soft Wobble
The hallway was very quiet. Overhead, a rectangular ceiling light poured a warm glow straight down. I felt a gentle warmth inside my round tummy. Slowly, I shifted my weight from side to side. My plush base gave a tiny squeeze against the carpet pile, making a muted, soft rustle. I leaned forward just an inch to press into the patterned carpet fibers beneath me. The textured floor caught my fabric gently, keeping me perfectly balanced. Everything felt peaceful and steady right here.
