Sharing the Teether
Not rude, just fun! I gave a fussy whine and wiggled my hips, my diaper rustling against the soft playpen mat. The other little elf sat blinking at the fallen blocks. To make nice, I scrambled across on all fours, scooped up my smooth green plastic teething rattle, and crawled right back over. I pressed the rounded ring into his small rubber hands. We both gripped the cold plastic together, tugging gently back and forth until we tumbled into a pile of yellow foam cubes.
