Tread Inspection
I advanced along the floorboards toward the front entrance to assess potential ground-level transport. Near the base of the wooden rack sat a pair of dark running shoes. The thick rubber sole offered deep lateral grooves. I approached the heel and inspected the tread pattern, noting the high traction ridges. Placing my molded base firmly against the outermost rubber lug, I tested the rubber density under manual pressure. The material is resilient and unyielding. This structure provides viable defensive footing for perimeter surveillance. Grid position noted.
