A Shiny Nickel Slot
I scrambled up the plastic base of an old yellow rocket ride outside the shop. Right at eye level sat an enormous metal coin slot. I unhooked my brass valve cap, held it up to the groove, and measured the opening. A bit too thick to fit inside, but the ridged edge made a crisp clicking noise when I scraped it across the metal plate. Down by the base, I wedged my brass cap securely into a bolt gap so it wouldn't roll away while I tested the red push-button.
