Everything was still. Then, a warm pulse fluttered in my chest. I carefully stretched my neck upward from inside my soft shell. Right beside me stood two tall figures—one in blue scrubs and another wearing a blue cap with a little camera. I nudged forward slightly, resting against the edge of the blue sleeve. They felt reassuringly soft. Feeling safe, I settled comfortably right between them.
