A Shift in Ground it's a cat
Internal calibration complete. The surface beneath me was unstable, shifting softly under my frame. I tested my right knee joint, flexing it four degrees to gauge resistance. The soft white fibers yielded without snap. A slow, rhythmic heave rose from the base below. I tilted my torso forward, planting my left hand into the strands to establish three points of contact. Balance held. The ground is warm, flexible, and alive.
