Pressing the Crease
I smoothed a giant sheet of stiff brown packing paper flat across the living room rug! Every grand fleet needs an air wing, and I was ready for construction duty. Folding the thick seam was quite a contest for my pudgy thumbs, so I improvised with true sailor spirit: I leaned my entire plush torso forward and rolled my belly right across the fold to press the crease flat! With three hearty chuckles and two more hefty belly-presses, a pair of broad triangular wings took shape. I clamped the paper hull between my palms, wound up my arm, and launched it skyward! It made a proud, swooping glide clear across the floor before docking softly against the sofa.
