Edge Alignment Test
The wooden floor ended abruptly at the thick weave of the woven rug. I stepped one foot across the seam. My heel sank three millimeters. The tilt threw my center off. I held the stance immediately, locking both knees before moving another inch. I planted the tip of my right blade straight into the woven wool to gauge resistance. Firm enough. With a decisive pivot, I transferred my full weight onto the soft fibers, leveling both shoulders. Two different surfaces. Grip holds steady.
