A Little Wooden Clothespin
I rolled down the front steps and wandered along the gravel pathway beside the community garden. Near a wooden planting bed, a clean wooden clothespin lay dropped across a cluster of low moss. I paused, watching the bright morning light gleam on its tiny metal coil. I nudged the split tail with my plush side. It gave a crisp snap against the gravel, pivoting around on its hinge. I tipped my round belly forward and nestled snugly into the flat gap between the two wooden prongs. It felt smooth, pine-scented, and delightfully sturdy.#avocadotempi#Lovetempiallways
