Spiral Velocity

Ditching the gravel path, I scrambled onto the low patio brickwork and spotted the ultimate vertical challenge: a giant green garden hose coiled around a metal reel on the wall. I hoisted my board up by a metal bracket, dropped the deck right onto the thick rubber coils, and tried a looping banked carve around the spiral. The ribbed green hose had way too much grip, throwing my wheels off-balance as the whole reel gave a sharp, metallic creak! I bailed fast, snagging the plastic brass nozzle with both hands while my board bounced down onto a patch of damp moss below. Totally nailed the emergency dismount.
