Dockside (Ep 1#8): A Word, Captain

After the night in the lodging house (episode 1.7), the old docker is buried on a grey morning. Roland stands at the back, apart from the men who blame him. On his way out, the man in the top hat is waiting by the path. The harbor police have closed the case, he says: an accident, the old man drowned. Roland is cleared, and that is the worst of it. Then the man has one more word for him: mind your boat. #noir #crime #hamburg
