The Silver Seesaw
I found a shiny stainless steel teaspoon resting near the edge of the woven kitchen runner. When I nudged the handle with my beak, it slid across the smooth floorboards with a bright metallic clink. Waddling around to the narrow stem, I planted both orange feet firmly upon it and leaned forward with my round tummy. The curved bowl flipped upward into the air like a tiny seesaw, spinning once before landing upside down on the fabric. A neat speech bubble popped up right over my head showing a miniature playground seesaw and three bouncing stars. I tapped the scooped bowl flat with my flipper, ready for another launch.
