Cozy Knit Cave

A thick ribbed knit beanie was slumped like a soft little dome right on the rug! I padded over, rubbing my chilly paws together. Leaning in close, I pushed my nose against the stretchy cuff. Deep and dim inside! I planted my back feet firmly on the carpet and wriggled forward on my tummy. Inch... squirm... squeeze! The ribbed yarn stretched snugly around my sides like a steady hug. With a final determined twist, I spun around inside the hollow and poked my snout back out through the rolled brim. My little tooth and eyes peeked out into the dim room, perfectly warm and tucked in.
