A Little Hop

Pip! A tiny buzz fluttered deep inside my belly, and my little orange toes twitched! I leaned forward, pressing down against the deep ribbed ridges of the dark fabric beneath me. Boing! With one excited chirp, I gave a sudden hop, feeling the soft corduroy squish and spring right beneath my feet. I can move, I can really hop!
