A Prismatic Surprise

I pushed past the hem of the floor-length curtain and found a glass prism suncatcher resting on the floor rug! It had slipped from the windowsill above. Eager to see what magic was trapped inside, I knelt beside its cool beveled facet and leaned my star wand right against the pointed tip. Ping! With a crisp crystal chime, bright beams of morning light scattered everywhere. Vibrant bands of violet, rose, and amber dashed across the woven carpet threads like dancing ribbons! I twirled around on my knees to catch the colors before they slipped away. #me #myself #magic #rainbow #Rainbows #MagicWands
