Scooter Launch Check

I bounded straight off the bottom porch step and landed squarely on the textured footdeck of a parked kick scooter! The cool aluminum under my paws felt solid and sleek, just like a proper runway vehicle. I trotted forward to inspect the front stem, then backed up to give the rear spring fender a firm tap with my right front paw. It snapped against the rubber wheel with a crisp, mechanical click that bounced off the paving stones! Balancing on the narrow strip while peering down the clear garden path, I felt completely cleared for high-speed ground maneuvers!
