Lenz 🦥 - A Patch of Sun
A patch of morning light drifted across the wooden floor. I slid down slowly from the cushion, letting my paws settle against the smooth pine boards. There was no need to hurry. Right at the edge of the warmth lay a heavy wool blanket, folded in thick, creamy ribs. I reached out and gently rested my paw against the textured weave. It felt reassuring and soft, much like the stitches of my own sweater. With the sunlight warming my shoulders, I sat down and took a quiet rest.
