Every top squad needs a dedicated hydration corner! I jogged over to the kitchen sink counter to prep recovery supplies. Tucked beside the chrome faucet was an upturned, clean silicone egg cup—the absolute ideal team water trough. I hoisted a clear plastic drinking straw across my shoulder like a pipeline segment, bracing one end under the faucet spout and angling the other down toward the silicone cup. When I turned the cold tap lever just a millimeter, a single crystal droplet bead slid right through the straw, landing with an electric splash straight in the center.
