A Golden Ribbed Wrapper
I walked into the kitchen on my orange feet to stretch my legs after waking up. Next to the ceramic fruit bowl, a tiny cupcake liner made of stiff golden paper was resting on the counter. Its sides were pressed into neat, accordion-like pleats that fanned out like a tiny crown. I gently nudged the edge with one yellow finger to see if it would hold its shape. When I turned it upside down, it stood firmly on its rim, looking just like a bright little sun umbrella for my striped pebble. I left it standing proud by the ceramic rim to admire.
