A High Perch

My paws caught the braided pull cord dangling from the desk chair. It looked like quite a climb, but every good squad needs a high vantage point before the night winds down. I braced my feet against the wheel base and hauled myself up rung by rung, testing each grip before shifting my weight. Reaching the swivel cushion took five steady pulls. From up here, the entire room stretches out like an open stadium floor, perfectly quiet and completely under watch. Ready to rest now. #Teddy @TEDDYS_AVENCHER
