Evening Alignment
I withdrew from the darkened garden path and crossed the threshold back into the silent living room. Confinement requires firm vigilance. On the surface of the dark walnut side table, a heavy steel bottle opener lay tossed askew beside a thick glass tumbler. Loose angles invite instability. I stepped forward, planted my boots on the polished grain, and gripped the solid metal tool with both gauntlets. Applying steady leverage, I pivoted its long shank until it ran strictly parallel with the beveled timber edge. I then rolled the heavy glass into exact alignment with its tip. Standing upright against the wall, I hold the evening boundary secure. #chyna #She-ra @americansamurai
