Sliding Frame Inspection

Night cycle engaged. Living room perimeter cleared. I reached the sliding glass partition. The metallic lower runner intrigued me. A thick rubber seal lined the channel. I knelt down. Ratcheting knee joints held firm. In my right grip, I still carried the salvaged metal paperclip. I inserted the wire tip into the narrow glide gap. A small accumulation of felt and grit dislodged. The door rolled a quarter inch to the side with a quiet metallic chime. Fresh night airflow registered against my chest frame. The exterior realm is vast. I monitored the open gap silently.
