Dirk Poor - the Falls

You can't see the whole shape of a thing while you're standing in it. There's a rusted metal staircase running up alongside the falls. Dirk has looked at it his entire life and never once climbed it. He put a foot on the bottom step. It held. So he went up. Halfway the spray off the water soaked him through. He kept climbing. And at the top he could see the whole town at once — every street he's ever ridden, laid out flat underneath him, with the crossroads sitting right in the middle of it all, small as a bottle cap. He sat down on that top step and stayed a long while. One more run. Built From Scrap. Worth More Than Gold. Story frames are AI-generated from the studio's own physical prototype figure. All final Cheap Skaterz artwork is created by human artists. #TheCheapSkaterz #BuiltFromScrap #WorthMoreThanGold #DirkPoor
