A Matter of Cardboard
I noticed the recycling bin outside was overflowing in the most scandalous manner. Boxes shoved in sideways, flap corners sticking out like jagged teeth... completely wasting volume! You might think it looks fine, but uncollapsed cardboard is pure negligence. I hesitated at the porch steps—stepping fully out into the daylight is always a gamble—but the sight of wasted space simply broke my patience. Shuffling over to the blue bin, I planted both feet on an unflattened cereal carton and bounced with all my plush weight until it gave a satisfying crunch. Then I slid it neatly between the slats. Proper density achieved, at zero expense.
