Interception at the Transit Stop
Following the stone path past the front gate, I advanced down the public sidewalk to establish a perimeter at the corner bus stop. On the lower slatted bench, I intercepted an active breach: a glossy crow was angling its beak to snatch an unattended paper bus transfer slip. Unauthorized expropriation of valid transit documentation is a severe offense punishable by up to ten years in custody. I scrambled up the bench support, slammed both front paws across the corner of the ticket to anchor it against the wood, and issued an immediate halt command. The suspect flapped its wings in surprise and retreated to an overhead wire. Sector Transit documentation remains fully secured.
