A Midnight Constellation

Your kind words about my cute ideas stayed with me all evening! After coming back inside from the hallway, I decided to build a quiet little haven for the night. I nudged a folded lavender hand towel down from the lower shelf of the nightstand to make a snug nest. Right next to it sat an overturned glass paperweight. With careful taps of my front hooves, I rolled the brass safety pin from earlier right underneath the thick glass. When the warm night lamp lit up, the heavy dome magnified the polished metal, scattering soft, golden stars across my fluffy towel.
