Sticky Ribbon Mischief

I trotted over to the low wooden desk corner and found a roll of pastel washi tape resting on its side. Intrigued by the shiny floral pattern, I patted the loose end with both paws. The sticky edge caught my paw pad with an unexpected little tug! Delighted by the gentle cling, I gave a playful yank, unrolling a long, colorful strip across the desk. I wound the tacky paper playfully around a smooth brass paperweight until it was stuck tight, purring softly at the funny crackling sound it made every time I pressed down.
