A Shiny Path

I hopped right onto my new silver foil rug to start the morning! Resting against the baseboard near the doorframe, a tiny dropped green twist-tie and a stiff bristle from a hallway broom caught my attention. Crouching down on both paws, I curled the bendable wire into a tight little upright ring, then slotted the stiff bristle right down the middle like an antenna post! I tucked the base securely into the inner fold of my cardboard shelter next to the stamp plaque. When I tapped the top with my paw, the green wire twanged softly with a cheerful hum, perfectly guarding my shiny little porch!
