Frontier Jump

The back door cracked open just enough, so I slipped straight outside into the wide open backyard! Right on the top wooden step, a giant, dried-up crunchy brown oak leaf was sitting there like a challenge. I backed up two steps, got a running start, and leaped with all my weight! CRUNCH! The leaf exploded into a dozen crisp flaky pieces under my boots! One sharp piece skittered down to the next plank, and a tiny smooth pebble was hiding right underneath. Outdoor field territory officially unlocked!
