Annabelle - A Tiny Wooden Tower

Annabelle nudged a smooth wooden alphabet block across the rug, sliding its blue painted edge flush against a yellow one. They fit together just like little stepping stones! Wanting to build something tall, Annabelle gently caught the corner of a third block painted with a red apple under ger nose, lifting and sliding it upward. Her chin wobbled as she eased it toward the center of the base. She held her breath and stood completely frozen so her little yellow bell wouldn't jingle and rattle the floor. The block gave one tiny teeter, then settled perfectly still right on top!
