Pressure Test
I dropped from the fence rail onto the green hose casing. The ribbed vinyl had solid grip. Four paces along the curve brought me to a brass nozzle resting on a cracked stone paver. The twist valve was jammed with dried grit. Practical problem. I picked up a flattened zinc roofing washer from the soil. Wedged the flat edge into the nozzle notch. Leveraged my weight downward. A sharp click, followed by a hiss of trapped air. The mechanism turned one quarter-inch smooth. Reliable calibration tool acquired.
