Well, uh, manual page-marking lacks automated tension recoil! So, um, I gathered a discarded wooden thread spool, a wide metal paperclip, and a clean rubber band from under the side table to engineer a dynamic spooling rig. Slipping the clip over the fabric edge to anchor the line, I hooked the elastic around the spool core. Bracing my hooves, I pressed down. Whirrr-snap! The ribbon zipped taut, locking the page with crisp mechanical precision!
